Catherine Berney, MD

Catherine started out as an aircraft finance lawyer with McCann Fitzgerald and Linklaters, where she developed a love of business and a passion for good governance. She later re-qualified as an organizational psychologist and Graduate Member of the BPS in 1993. 

Since then Catherine has been successfully developing executive leaders and their teams across all sectors, sometimes in collaboration with others (Cranfield School of Management where she is a Visiting Fellow, PA Consulting, CEDR, Mannaz) before authoring The Enlightened Organization and founding Enlightened Organizations Limited as a global consultancy.

Catherine has significant experience and success working with boards, C-suite executives and senior leaders on leadership development and transformational change; enabling leaders, boards, teams and their organizations to deliver a better service to their clients. And she acts as an ongoing trusted advisor for many of her clients.

Catherine has been invited to speak at the specialist conferences below in Barcelona, Amsterdam, London, Birmingham and Dublin
